How to tag untagged posts

Taking lots of photos to capture evidence? Don’t have time to go back and delete the ones you don’t need?

To save time going back through unwanted photos and videos we have introduced a new feature within Evisense to help organise the evidence of learning. Any untagged posts older than 60 days will automatically be deleted to declutter and organise your evidence of learning. It will also speed up processing times.

This new feature will be effective from Wednesday 1st March so if you have any untagged posts please make sure they are assigned to a pupil by this date. Any untagged evidence older than 60 days will then automatically be deleted going forwards.

Untagged posts on the website display the date, so we recommend logging into the website to review your untagged posts rather than the app.

Unsure how to do this? Watch this short video to find out how quick and easy it is to tag your pupils.
