Hotline Made of three specialists dedicated to Labguard systems, the international hotline is able to provide assistance as quickly as possible. The SoftGuard contract guarantees a response within two hours of he call (workdays from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm)

On site services AES CHEMUNEX offers on-site services of specialized technicians who can ensure a regional response as soon as possible. Our distributors’ technicians are also trained by AES CHEMUNEX so that you are sure to receive an excellent support all around the world
